Our Story

Our pizza journey began in 2020, when we started experimenting with dough fermentation, high-temperature baking and quality ingredients.

After hundreds of hours of learning, testing and refining, we developed our own take on Neapolitan-style pizza with a light, airy crust, crispy edges and carefully selected toppings.
